The Aniniraka Resort & Spa consist of 11 spacious Luxurious modern Balinese style pavilions: 4 Superior Pavilions size 27 qm, 5 Deluxe Pavilions ( 2 rooms size 44 qm & 3 rooms size 29 qm), 1 Raka Suite Pavilion size 40 qm and the two storey Anini Suite Pavilions size 38 qm, located privately in the pool area, upper level a bed room while the lower level is the living room with extra rest room.

All rooms in AniniRaka Resort & Spa Ubud have individually controlled air-conditioning and feature a hot & cold running water, colour TV, fridge in Deluxe and Suites only, free daily 2 bottles of mineral water, bath tube and shower.

*	Children Policy: No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing same room with parents and using the existing bedding (exclude breakfast) Melas 50% off from the adult price.
*	Additional Conditions: Honeymooners Benefits: Tropical fruits, Flowers arrangement and double bed guaranteed. One night non refundable deposit is required the lates by 30 days for High and Peak season prior to scheduled arrival while balance payment should be settled to the hotel the latest by 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancelation policy :

*	One night's stay charge for No show or cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
*	One night's stay charge for cancellation notice given less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival during High season period.
*	No refund will be granted for guest check out earlier than booking arrangement.
